Licensing of a disposal facility, and disposal of pest control products. Disposal of stock seized by the Board is charged at 100 per kilogramme. Where a client takes stock directly to a disposal facility, supervision is charged at 5% of the cost of disposal, payable to the facility. The Board answers within 7 working days after inspection.

Inspection and certification of premises handling pest control products. The Board answers within 7 working days after the inspection. The annual fee is the total across every category the premises operates under, and is charged on top of the application fee. Late renewal carries a penalty of 10% of the applicable certification fee per year.

The Pest Control Products Board is a State Corporation established under the Pest Control Products Act, Cap 346 of the Laws of Kenya. It registers pest control products, licenses premises and operators, analyses samples for quality and residues, and enforces the Act across the country.
